The service I have received has been great, and I’ve been able to tailor my services to what my yard needs. I’ve never had a lawn to take care of, but as a new home owner I have plenty of concerns to take care of. As a single home owner I am typically not here when the lawn care technicians are, so I call your office to ask questions that are always expertly answered. I look forward to years of continuing the program and learning more about what is growing outside.

I just wanted to let you know that you have terrific staff. About two weeks ago, I had Stuart (Lawn Care Technician) apply fertilizer and he stopped and explained things to me. My lawn has perked up with the two big rains we had these past few days. Kendra (Lawn Care Technician) was over applying my Nematode application for grub reduction, and of course her famous line struck a note with me, “If they dry, they die!" Thank you to everyone who has come to do my lawn. I also appreciate the call telling me when they are coming, as I do like to know and see what they are doing. I also may have questions for them. I was reluctant to try the slit-seeding service because of the cost, but I am glad I took Chandra’s (Client Service Representative) advice. My lawn was around 60% dead, and now it’s like a new lawn. The results are in and the 10th Annual Rotary Home Golf-A-Thon was a resounding success! The event raised over $85,000 in support of Rotary Home families and we are very thankful to Nutri-Lawn for helping to make this possible. The proceeds from the 2013 Golf-A-Thon will provide over six weeks of overnight adult respite programming with four beds operating during that period. Dozens of families will benefit from a respite break thanks to your support. I give this note of praise in regard to the magnificent job your crew accomplished at my home last Tuesday. I woke up that morning fully expecting a phone call telling me that the irrigation installation would have to be postponed due to the poor weather conditions. Not so. All showed up right on schedule and immediately began the onerous task, despite the heavy downpour. After witnessing the complexity of the work at hand, I was really impressed with the cheerful attitude of each man. Despite the increasing intensity of the rain, all were polite, well-mannered and super patient while answering any questions I asked. My many thanks go out to Matt, Joe, Wayne, Alex, Nick and Geoff for their dedication, professionalism and courteous demeanor while working on my behalf. Great job, guys! I consider each of you to be a great asset to Nutri-Lawn. No wonder I’ve stayed with this company for around 20 years!
